The hardest part was deciding which flavor to make first! On my last trip to the grocery store I couldn’t resist buying a pint of strawberries so I decided to try the Simple Strawberry Spread. Ohhhh Yeah. With a blender or food processor this takes less than five minutes to mix up and is a perfect substitute for jelly or a sweet spread on your gluten-free or whole grain bread. Now I can’t stop thinking about all of the possibilities…Cinna-Banana on a sweet potato…a savory herb and citrus on chicken, fish or a big plate of zoodles…I salivate at the thought! There will definitely be more experimenting with these Coconut Butter Spreads! I would love to hear your thoughts and ideas. Any flavor combinations that you might try?
